Depends entirely on the line. Park Slope to Midtown via the 2/3 or B/Q is 25-35 minutes door to door. DUMBO or Brooklyn Heights to FiDi can be under 15 minutes via the A/C or 2/3. Bushwick or Bed-Stuy via the L or J/M/Z is 30-45 minutes to most Manhattan destinations.
